Refund policy

Bougie June's sells both new and pre-owned items and we strive to ensure any imperfections are pictured. All sales are final unless mutually agreed upon that the item was somehow misrepresented.  Returns must be approved ahead of re-shipping with the return shipping cost the responsibility of the buyer. 

A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.  Bougie June's is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment, items delivered to a different address, or items showing delivered in the system that you did not receive. It is suggested you purchase shipping insurance for high value items.
